Acceptable Use Policy
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You must not use Memlira to:
- Connect data you have no right to share, or data whose use breaks the law or a contract, including personal data collected without a lawful basis.
- Connect special category data (for example health or biometric data) or payment card numbers.
- Access what is not yours: try to reach another workspace, another member's questions, or data your role does not allow; share sign-in details; or get around permissions, usage limits or two-step verification.
- Attack or overload the Service: probe, scan or test our systems except under our vulnerability disclosure rules (Security page); send automated traffic beyond normal use; or interfere with other customers.
- Misuse the public example on our website: automated questions, attempts to get around its limits, or attempts to extract anything other than its invented demo data.
- Copy or rebuild the Service: reverse engineer it, or use its answers or traces to build a competing product, except where the law allows it.
- Break the law, or use the Service to harass, defraud or harm anyone.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and limit or suspend access as set out in the Terms. Report abuse to [email protected].
